The purpose of the Seabrook Island Artist Guild is to stimulate the creativity of its membership by providing them with opportunities to learn, exhibit their art and network with other artists. We also try to encourage interest in art within the community through outreach and local exhibitions, acquainting the public with the work of the members of the Seabrook Island Artist Guild, and supporting local art school programs.  Several of our members have volunteered with Veteran organizations, Alzheimer patients, and others to bring them opportunities to draw and paint.

The Seabrook Island Artist Guild sponsors art exhibits, demonstrations, and workshops and art enrichment sessions for its members community each year.

The Guild offers year round opportunities for members to create and learn and advance their art!  Free Art classes are offered frequently (see "Events") as well as major workshops held by both locally recognized artists and internationally famous artists chosen to address the wide variety of art challenges that so many of us face!
